The Yamaha Junior Music Course (ages 4-6) is a 2 year program that provides a comprehensive musical foundation in a fun, encouraging social environment. JMC is an age-appropriate education system that teaches children to internalize the language of music through listening, singing, and playing the keyboard. JMC students, together with their parent(s), will learn to experience the joys of making music together both at home and in the classroom.

Music Wonderland (age 3) develops the foundation for musical expression. Together with their parents, children will enjoy the joys of making music through focused listening, singing, playing, movement, and imaginative play.

Our private lesson instructors are highly skilled and trained musicians driven by their love for teaching. They are dedicated to working with the individual needs, abilities, and interests of their students to help them develop into expressed, skilled, and engaged musicians. Each teacher brings unique strengths and passions to his or her teaching, and we make it a priority to ensure that each student is matched with the best teacher possible for her or his interests and learning style. Our students are frequently recognized both locally and nationally for their successes in both performance and composition.

Songbird Singers (ages 9-12) enjoy learning together in small groups how to sing with ease in a way that is appropriate for their age and voice. They will learn to harmonize and sing expressively through a variety of repertoire both as soloists and ensemble members. 

The Tween Musicians Course (ages 10-12) provides a comprehensive introduction to music theory and playing the keyboard. Students will learn to read and play music in a variety of styles, and will enjoy working with a team to experience the joy of making music.

The Young Guitarists Course (ages 7-11) is designed for beginners and will teach them the foundations of guitar in a fun group setting. Classes are on Thursday evenings. Don't miss this awesome opportunity!

The Yamaha Young Musicians Course (ages 7-8) is a comprehensive music education system that gives children a strong musical foundation that can be later applied to any musical study. Through listening, singing, reading, and playing the keyboard, students learn the fundamentals of musical language and develop musical sensitivity. As the course progresses they will learn to play-by-ear, sight-read, play in an ensemble, and compose their own music.
